Fugaces...

I dedicated a very special post to the 20's when my grandfather, borned that year, had his birthday.
There he is... Still healthy as a child! :) Hopefully for a long time!!

He is as well as the clothes that María Lynn showed us in the work shop organized in Zaragoza, by Zsa Zsa Zsú shop called "I love Vintage".

The 3 organizers were dressed in wonderful pieces which can be found at the store with very good prize.

We were several bloggers and friends, including Silvia from Sissy à la Mode and Úrsula from La mona y la seda, who I didn't know yet, paying closed attention to Maria, whose passion for Vintage Fashion is transmitted in each of her words.

Here, the wonderful Silvia dressed in a white vintage dress...

Lots of clothes, perfectly preserved, have resisted the time and the fashion world, to be admired in the XXI century...

And looking at this time, how many pieces in our closets will stand the test of the time?
The fugacity dominates the fashion world... Or better, the own world.

This dress, from Zara, with a vintage inspiration... Will it stand until 2050? or the question is... Will we safe it until that year?

¿Quién no quiere volver a esa época?

The quality of fabrics and the current mentality are very different.
The "Prêt à porter" development led that fugacity that Haute Couture resisted.
Who wouldn't like to be at 20's?

Bsicos!!

After the "I love vintage" workshop, I have planned a visit to my mother & grandmonther closets (the last time I was inside, I found an "H" handbag and I hallucinated... Mi mother said "darling, in that time it was expensive, but people like me didn't realize if it was Hermès or what... Just it was good and nice")

OK. I will tell you about my discoveries...
I just know, that many things are fleeting now... But others.... Others are ETERNAL :)

    Buen post!
